"Had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The customer service was HORRIBLE, and staff were unable to answer basic questions. Scheduled an appointment for my mother to see the doctor but was seen by a PA/NP without being informed beforehand. Was told that I have to wait a few hours if she wanted to see the doctor. Her appointment for the procedure was also rescheduled without any notice. The lack of communication is frustrating. The clinic is not cleaned properly. The 4.5-star rating is very misleading and does not reflect the quality of care or service. I would not recommend this clinic. DO NOT go to this clinic."

"I will start out by saying, Ive been having chest pains and was desperate to see a cardiologist. They offered an immediate Saturday appointment so I went. After I gave them my info and saw the doctor, they informed me that stress tests aren’t performed on the weekend. I took the day off work to go today (Monday). They do the stress test and echocardiogram but tell me to wait two weeks for results. If I’m having chest pains today, how does that help me?! No doctor present. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I will escalate this matter. On top of sketchy practices the place is not clean. The rooms all look like they just moved in. Don’t be desperate like me and make a major mistake. I will follow up with my insurance company as well. I can’t even imagine their billing practices."

"I have been seeing this practice since January and I never got a treatment plan in place because of multiple situations that happened since. -I arrived and waited on 2 different occasions for my appointment with the electro all for the doctor to not be there both times. (I waited 2 hours each time) Not once did I have a phone call explaining the doctor would not be there. -Missing holter monitor results for 3, going on 4 weeks. The hospital was waiting for the practice to read my results so they could release them to me. Yet, Apex kept blaming the hospital stating they didn't provide the results. (Apex sat on them the entire time) -Not one doctor knows how to treat autonomic nervous system dysfunction and POTS -After I yelled at the office at my last visit for making me wait 2 hours for the doctor to not even be there that day, their PA prescribed me metaprolol to help with my symptoms. I have low blood pressure, fast HR, so this was a no go for me. Not only was it the wrong medication, but they also sent it to a pharmacy I do not go to. -I requested my stress test be faxed over to me and a different cardiologist, and they never sent it. -They never answer the phone or call you back. -AND, they will not provide you with your records no matter how much you request them. If you are very concerned about your health, please never come here. I almost went into a syncope episode the last time I was there because of the stress they caused. I am gathering information as we speak to pursue legal action."

"every time I'm here I'm waiting at least 45 min, today it was over an hour and a half. the staff aren't the most knowledgeable. Not only is the wait long but they are one of the only places that take my insurance so I have no other option. overall saddened by my experience with APEX. update the staff became very curt and rude when I asked for my estimated wait time. loss of star. please work on better care, this is embarrassing. double update, the power went out while I was here"

"The doctors are excellent at this location but the customer service is abhorrent. To begin, the woman at the front desk assumed that I did not understand English and told her co-worker to handle me because she was "not doing this." However, the reason for the conflict was that my mother's appointment was moved without her knowledgeor consent. Typically, a confirmation call is supposed to be made and there is proof that this did not occur, despite her claims that she did so. As a result, my mother's original appointment for 03/06/2026 for a vein ablation procedure was moved to 2:30 p.m. when it was originally at 3:30 p.m. A whole hour earlier. When we arrived at our scheduled time, my mother and I were treated rudely by this woman. She claimed my mother's appointment was canceled because she was a "no-show" and that the best she could do was schedule a tentative appointment because the doctor "sometimes leaves early." I explained that was not satisfactory because a tentative appointment means it could be canceled or rescheduled. I asked her when the doctor would be available so that we could schedule a fixed appointment. She said this was not possible and became irritable. Unfortunately, Apex has lost 5 clients, as now my mother was mistreated by this woman. My family and I will not be giving our service to Apex as a result."
